Responsible for turnkey project lifecycle management, contractor coordination, cost optimization, and milestone delivery for Bangalore high-rise commercial structures.
Direct day-to-day site operations, heavy equipment deployment, formwork cycles, and concrete pouring schedules while maintaining strict structural quality.
Supervise on-ground reinforcement, shuttering, post-tensioning, structural framing, and daily labor productivity on high-rise residential & commercial decks.
Review computational structural models, ETABS/STAAD outputs, seismic load distribution, foundation detailing, and ensure zero deviation from structural drawings.
Coordinate architectural envelope detailing, facade cladding, interior spatial planning, and BIM clash detection with structural and MEP subsystems.
Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering execution, HVAC plant installation, firefighting compliance, and service shaft coordination.
Supervise HT/LT substation installations, transformer setups, conduit routing, building automation systems, and electrical safety certifications.
Execute water supply networks, drainage, sewage treatment plants (STP), rainwater harvesting, and hydropneumatic pump systems across towers.
Enforce zero-harm safety standards, conduct daily toolbox talks, inspect scaffolding and PPE, conduct emergency drills, and audit heavy machinery.
Perform cube crush testing, slump testing, steel tensile verification, non-destructive tests (NDT), and maintain documented Quality Assurance dossiers.
Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS), client running bills (RA bills), subcontractor certifications, material reconciliation, and variation claims.
Develop baseline Primavera P6 / MS Project schedules, critical path method (CPM) analysis, resource leveling, and weekly/monthly progress dashboards.
Operate Total Station, AutoLevel, and GPS rovers for boundary demarcation, column grid alignment, plumb verticality control, and benchmark setups.
Oversee on-site warehouse inventory, GRN generation, material issuance tracking, batch segregation (cement, rebar, consumables), and physical audits.
Source steel, Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC), specialized additives, formwork, and equipment rentals at optimum commercial terms with stringent delivery SLAs.
Manage site petty cash, labor muster rolls, statutory compliance, vendor payment reconciliations, and general administrative facilities for engineering camps.
